is established as a standing committee
of the Session, but independent of all other session committees.
The work of
the committee is to: foster supportive relations among staff and
members for the prosperity of the ministry of OHPC, conduct performance reviews of church staff
with special attention to the pastor and goals previously established by the
pastor,make salary recommendations for all staff
members to the Property and Finance Committee and Session for incorporation
into the church’s annual operating budget proposal.
Mutual Ministry Committee will have responsibility for:Resolving
difficulties between staff members in the church.Resolving difficulties between members and staff in the church.Addressing difficulties between members of the congregation that
defy resolution by the pastor.Members
